DHF Event Participant FAQs
Clinics/Seminars
If you are a Rider, you need a Participant Form and a deposit sent to Dancing Horse Farm, 4080 Weisenberger Road, Lebanon OH, 45036, by the posted deadline.
If you are an Auditor, you need the Auditor Form along with the posted daily fee sent to the same address. The daily fee can also include a lunch lecture by the guest clinician (pre-registration is recommended).
All Forms are available on drop-down tabs from our Clinics page.
Clinic and seminar schedules are posted on our Ride Times page at least a week in advance of the event.

L Program
This program teaches participants and auditors how to evaluate dressage performance at Training through Second Level.

- To audit or participate in our program refer to DHF L Program.
Shows and Ride-A-Test
If you are a Show participant, closing date is 15 days prior to the event. You will need an Entry Form, a copy of your negative Coggins (horse name must match the name on the entry) and the per class fee.
If you are a Ride-a-Test participant, complete a Participant Form specifying the level and test you wish to ride.

Stabling
Stabling is available for a per day/night fee. Initial bedding, feedings (if participant provides pre-measured meals), water and feed buckets, night check and trailer parking provided. Additional sawdust bedding available at $5 per wheelbarrow load-participant labor only. Main Contact: Helen Trimeloni.

- Checks payable to: DHF - $50 bounced check fee applies
- DHF regular lesson students are given priority for event participation
- Some clinicians request specific attire, please read event confirmation carefully
- Ride times will be sent and posted on the Ride Times page
- Out of town guests, kindly refer to our Travel and Directions pages for local travel info
- Dogs are not permitted on the DHF property for the safety of our human and animal clientele
- Events will be in the 90' x 225' outdoor and/or the 75' x 200' indoor arena with ample warm-up areas and trailer parking available.
