DHF requires a non-interest bearing security deposit of one month’s board at commencement of Boarding Contract. Please refer to the DHF Boarding Contract (PDF*) for policy specifics. Board rates are subject to change. DHF will provide at least thirty (30) days written notice of all rate changes. Boarder is required to pay the current board rates, not just the rate specified by the signed Boarding Contract.

Partial Care
Partial Care Clients are required to clean their stalls - 365 days per year. No exceptions. DHF maintains extremely high standards of care for its equine clientele, and so dictates that the same level of care is given to horses on partial care.  

• Includes most Full Care Boarding services and access to the entire DHF facility. It requires adherence to all DHF policies and guidelines. However, it does not include stall cleaning or blanketing
• Partial Care clients are required to take at least 2 lessons per month from any DHF instructor.
• Prior Notice: Clients can make a 24-hour advance notice request for DHF staff time at $10 per stall or daily blanketing service for an additional $35/month.
• DHF staff time will be tracked, including $35 stall cleanout fee per day if client does not clean the stall. Invoices will be made readily available for such occasions.   Other terms and conditions may apply. Contact Jennifer Truett for details Jen@myDHF.com.
