Equestrian growth is dependent upon understanding that horses, unlike machines, have a choice to work with or against their rider. Biomechanics-based riding enables horse and rider improvements to occur through: understanding, setting realistic goals, respect for the horse as a living creature, patience and bravery to take one’s own journey of intellectual enlightenment and understanding from life lessons learned through horses.
