Show Coaching:
Note: All show coaching fees are in additional to hauling and any other expenses that might be incurred throughout the event.
* Use of DHF equipment (supplies, stall cleaning pitchforks, buckets, etc.) is reserved for clients on supervised care. If you are providing your own care, when possible, please provide and use all your own equipment and supplies. If it is not feasible for you to do so, let us know so we can come prepared to supply enough equipment for your horses, too.

- Warm-up coaching is 1/2 of current private lesson price. Lessons are also available at shows, and often taken on arrival day, at the current lesson price.
- Competing client horses is billed at the DHF private lesson price per class
- Supervised horse care costs $40 per horse per day and includes stall cleaning, horses fed and watered, monitoring and night check and is required when owner is not present to care for their own horse*
- Braiding is available, arranged and billed individually
- Out Of Town Expenses
- Expenses for DHF Instructors and support staff, including hotel (or camper fees when DHF camper is taken), meal per diem of $50 daily, and mileage billed at the current government rate for shows not already attended by instructor, will be divided equally among clients participating
- DHF tack stall(s) will be arranged by DHF and the costs divided by the number of horses sharing it/them at the show.

Horse Shipping:

Hauling fees:
- $100/horse <50 miles round trip.
- Long distance hauling is $1.50 per mile per horse.
- After hours emergency hauling to Lexington, KY area vet hospitals: $350
- Single horse shipment by arrangement only.
- DHF retains the right to price select trips individually.
